WINEMAKING
destemming followed by a soft pressing. After a static decantation for 48 hours, the must has been racked to remove the limpid part and left to ferment with selected yeasts. The fermentation at controlled temperature of 11/12° C continued for 10 days, and then a racking was done to complete it in barriques for about 6 months

TASTING FEATURES
Consistent wine showing a bright gold colour. The nose offers a charming honey, hay and candied fruit bouquet replaced with hints of pastry and ‘toasted’ flavour. On the palate, the sugar content is well balanced with freshness. Sweet, but never cloying. Final hint of the typical almond of the Macerata area
