HARVESTING PERIOD
End of August for Merlot, first decade of September for Sangiovese and October for Montepulciano and Cabernet. Harvested manually in 20 Kg small boxes with selection of the best bunches of grapes
WINEMAKING
Destemming and following fermentation in presence of the skins for 18 days. Racking and soft pressing 0,2 bar with yield in free-runjuice of65 %. Montepulciano and Cabernert wines ferment in wood. All the mass is then assembled in order to develop the malolactic fermentation in steel and then left to age in wood for 6 month

TASTING FEATURES
Ruby red colour with warm nuances; intense bouquet with enveloping fruity notes of plum, blackberries, currants and sour black cherries. Finish with soft spicy fragrances and black pepper. Warm and soft palate; deep without sharpness.

Perfect when paired with hot appetizers, elaborate first courses and cheeses of medium seasoning
